From Bafta-nominated filmmaker Alex Holmes (Maiden) The Last Rider is an edge-of-your-seat story of the greatest cycle race in history, the 1989 Tour De France.
Greg LeMond is the only male US cyclist to win the Tour De France and is considered by many to be the greatest American cyclist and one of the all-time greats of recent history. Holmes recounts how LeMond overcame trauma and near-death to win the 1989 race and stage one of the most inspiring comebacks in sporting history.

The Rows Time Travelling Treasure Hunt
FREE TRAIL
Chester is under threat from the Time Watchers, a mysterious society of time travellers who hide in pockets of time. They have surfaced in modern day Chester and are threatening to lock us in a pocket of time in the past if we do not provide them with the secret password.
Our participants are tasked with travelling to specific spots in time, solving the clues left by Cestrians of the past along the Rows to reveal the password which will prevent Chester being locked in time forever.
Advised for children 4-11 years. Younger children will require more help from adults than older children. This is a family friendly activity which will take families on a journey exploring all of The Rows. You can download the map yourself or collect one from Chester Visitor Information Centre, Town Hall, Northgate Street, CH1 2HJ
